How information is handled in 負け名人 (Loser).
1. Operator and scope
kiyoshiapp (the “operator”) provides this policy for the iOS/iPadOS game “負け名人” (Loser, the “app”) and this website.
2. Information stored on your device
The app stores high scores and recent game results, including successful losses, wins, draws, elapsed time and scores, on your device to display records and provide gameplay. The app has no system that sends game records to a server operated by us.
No app account is required. The app does not ask you to enter your name, address or email address, and does not access your photos, contacts, microphone, camera or device location services.
3. Advertising and third-party services
The app uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) to display ads on the title and results screens. Google and advertising service providers may process the following information to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud and improve services.
- IP address and approximate location inferred from it
- Device or app identifiers and device information
- Ad impressions, interactions and app usage information
- Diagnostic and performance data, such as crash logs and launch times
Access to the advertising identifier (IDFA) depends on iOS authorization. The current app does not display its own App Tracking Transparency authorization prompt.

4. Advertising choices
The app uses Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present consent and privacy messages where applicable. When a privacy options entry point is required, you can review or change your choices through “広告のプライバシー設定” (Ad privacy settings) in the app. Available choices depend on your region and Google’s configuration.
5. Game Center
Versions that support world rankings use Apple Game Center. You may be asked to sign in when opening the leaderboard. When signed in, the app uses your player identifier to submit and retrieve high scores. Your nickname, avatar and scores are visible to other players through Game Center leaderboards.
The app does not receive your Apple Account password. You can play without joining the leaderboard. Game Center and activity sharing preferences can be managed in your device settings. Versions without an enabled leaderboard do not authenticate or submit scores through this app.

6. Sharing and external links
Results are shared only when you initiate sharing and select a destination. The selected service handles shared information under its own terms and policies. Links such as recommended apps open external services, including the App Store.
7. Retention, deletion and protection
Local game records are retained for use by the app. Deleting the app removes its local app data; copies in operating system backups are subject to Apple’s settings and behavior. Consult each advertising provider’s policy for its retention periods and procedures for deletion or other privacy rights.
Third-party services may process information in countries other than your country of residence. We take care to manage the app and this website appropriately.
8. This website
This page is served using Google Firebase Hosting. Google may process network information, such as IP addresses, to deliver the page and maintain security. This website does not include our own analytics, advertising or input forms.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when app features or third-party services change. Updates and the revised date will be published on this page.
